Separate languages into distinct models. How?

We are intending to deploy Parakeet model v3 on edge device and this implies strict model size limitations. Is it possible to extract a single language from the multi-lingual version? Would this approach minimize model size? Is it possible to separate all the languages it has into separate distinct models? And if answer is "yes" how?
